Since 2005 we have been blessed to have created a way of life where work and play are not separated. This took an out of the box mindset – something that was not taught in school. The results of this success have given Byron the opportunity to speak to thousands of people each year and teach and encourage them to chase the dreams God has put in their heart.
However that is not how it was for the first forty years of his life. So what changed?
“For the first forty years I spent my time and energy on businesses that did not or could not produce passive income. Just like 95% of the population.
When I was forty years old I was about as broke as you could be. I had no time because my two businesses owned me. My relationships with my wife and kids were poor at best. I knew things needed to change…or the train wreck was coming.
I started asking myself some questions like… ‘What are my passions?’ ‘What dreams has God put in my heart?’ ‘When I die will I be full of regrets?’
So I decided to take my mentor’s advice. It was such simple advice. He said. ‘If you figure out how to make money when you are sleeping you can do what you want when you are awake.’
I identified my passions… God, wife, kids, outdoor sports, travel, fun… and paired a business model with those passions and built a passive cash flow.
Once you get good at something, then you can teach others to do the same. If you found this site and you are frustrated with where you are in life and you feel like you are wrapped up in chains, then it is time to break those chains.”

Byron is passionate about helping people identify and live out the dreams God put in their heart. Whether he’s talking to his kids, his friends, his business associates or someone he just met, he strives to stretch their vision and help them see God’s purposes for their life.
He and his amazing wife, Susan are incredibly proud of their “kids,” Logan, Ashley, Kaleigh and Ryan; their grandson, Fletcher; and their goddaughter, Nayeli. All of them are world changers!
Byron is a serial entrepreneur who is honored to have traveled to many countries and all over the US to train and encourage aspiring business owners.
He believes in the power of prayer and has seen God do miraculous things. He knows that since you are reading this bio, God has a plan for you and your life!
SUSAN SCHRAG
Susan feels blessed to be married to Byron for over thirty years and is super proud of their incredible family!
She lovingly (ok, let’s be honest… It wasn’t always lovingly…Sometimes it was reluctantly. Maybe we should say she faithfully…) supports Byron in all his entrepreneurial endeavors. She is extremely grateful to have been a stay-at-home Mom for most of her adult life and at the same time she has jokingly referred to herself as “the keeper of Byron’s businesses.”
She relishes the time spent with her family and goddaughter. She has a heart for mentoring and discipling women and she loves following and sharing Jesus.
She is a “hands-on” member of the board of a 501(c)(3), FaithBuilders Inc and feels honored to be the hands and feet of Jesus to kids and families in crisis in her community.
